COSTA – Observatory on Culture and Sustainable Tourism is a project of the Casa Planas Foundation that functions as a collective, independent research laboratory, where the dominant narratives of global tourism and its social, cultural, and territorial impacts are examined.

This event brings together experts from various disciplines to exchange views and proposals on the tourism model from a local/global perspective—spanning the historical and the urgent, the visible and the invisible—based on the launch of the Casa Planas Archive, a photographic collection specializing in representations of tourism.
